A Kii BBQ for the Long Weekend!


Were about to head into Canada Day & the 4th of July long weekend and we all know what that means,  lots of time spent with family & friends, food & drink. So, if you are the one that’s hosting the gang this weekend and looking for dishes to serve, we have just the dish for you! Trust us on this one and prepare an appetizer that the whole family will enjoy – BBQ steak served on top of melted havarti & Kii Rosemary & Pistachio Crisps.  Learn all the details here:


1. BBQ your favorite cut of beef

2. Season to taste – Salt & pepper

3. Cook to your preferred doneness – rest the meat and keep any remaining juices.

4. Place Havarti slices on Kii crisps – (Rosemary Pistachio)

5. Slice meat into small pieces to place on crisps

6. Place on top of Havarti, add diced onions and parsley

7. Broil in oven for a couple of minutes until cheese is melted, remove

8. Brush each finished crisp with leftover juices form rested meat plate.

9. Plate crisps and garnish plate with more red onion and parsley

10. Serve
